Description

Designed for hydraulic lift or dump trailers, this smart charger can be mounted inside the hydraulic pump or lift motor housing. Creates a shore power plug, which lets you plug in an extension cord to draw power from a wall outlet.

Operation:

  1. Connect the positive red cable to the positive terminal of the battery
  2. Connect the negative black cable to the negative terminal of the battery
  3. Connect the power outlet (120 VAC/60 60Hz) to the 3 prong plug of the battery charger
  4. The LED on the battery charger will indicate the status of the charger
  5. The LED on the battery tester will indicate the status of the battery and alternator/charging system
  6. To test a battery, the vehicle's engine , lighting and accessories must be off
  7. To test an alternator/charging system, the engine must be running at 2,000RMP minimum
  8. The lights and accessories must be turned off and the unit must be unplugged for the AC power
  9. Then simply push the "PUSH" button to get your test results.
